Manama: The Investiture Ceremony and PTA Installation event at New Horizon School on June 1st<\/span>, 2024 unfolded with grandeur and a strong sense of community spirit. The meticulously planned event saw participation from students, faculty, and parents from both Zinj and Segaya campuses at Al Ahli Club, marking a significant chapter in the school\u2019s calendar. Mr. Yusuf Yaqoob Lori, Director of Information and Follow-up was the Chief Guest and Mr. Antony Paulose, General Manager at One Bahrain Hospitality was the guest of honour at the grand event.<\/p>\n

\"\"The ceremony commenced with the soulful rendition of the Bahrain National Anthem followed by a captivating opening dance. The Principal, Mrs. Vandana Sateesh, warmly welcomed the gathering, highlighting the importance of leadership and community engagement. The Chief Guest, Mr. Yusuf Yaqoob Lori, delivered an inspiring keynote address, emphasizing the values of responsibility, dedication, and the pivotal role of NHS in shaping future leaders.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe induction ceremony was a highlight, with the formal induction of student council members, house captains, vice captains, various committee members, subject club members, and class prefects. Each group took to the stage, receiving their badges and sashes with pride and a sense of duty.<\/p>\n

The newly inducted leaders then took the oath. The solemn oath-taking by the head boy was followed by the rendition of the NHS school anthem. The event also marked the installation of the PTA EXCOM members lead by the Principal Mrs. Vandana Sateesh. This new team of dedicated parents pledged to support the school\u2019s initiatives and work towards enhancing the educational environment.<\/p>\n

\nA vibrant fusion dance was performed by the students, showcasing a blend of various dance forms and cultures. \nIn a reciprocal address, the Head Boy, Master Abdullah Mohamed Haneef, expressed gratitude and shared his vision for the upcoming year.
