This initiative aims to facilitate business operations and respond to market suggestions and needs, adding to the existing one- and two-year permit options.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"s16\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">The LMRA emphasized that this new option is exclusively for expatriate workers already in Bahrain and does not include recruitment from abroad. This measure is expected to achieve several regulatory goals for the <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s16\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">labo<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s16\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">u<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s16\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">r<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s16\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> market, such as reducing the recruitment of new expatriate workers for the commercial sector and offering business owners trial options to benefit from the existing workforce in the Kingdom.
