BKS to Host Badminton Junior Ranking Circuit 2

Manama: The Badminton Junior Ranking Circuit 2, sanctioned by the Bahrain Badminton and Squash Federation (BBSF) and named the BBSF-BKS Junior Ranking Circuit 2 – 2024, will take place on the wooden courts of the Bahrain Keraleeya Samajam on the 12th, 13th, and 15th of June, 2024. This announcement was made by the Bahrain Keraleeya Samajam, the event’s host.

The tournament will feature singles and doubles matches and will include events for boys and girls in the age categories under 9, 11, 13, 17, and 19. Entries are open to junior players who possess an active resident visa in the Kingdom of Bahrain and are in good standing. Individual entries to the tournament can be made online through the registration link:https://www.tournamentsoftware.com/tournament/AE569C92-F10E-4F2F- A2BF-08EC3B2EC23A.. Academies, schools, or clubs with more than ten entries can use the Group Entry option by emailing the BBSF Badminton Events Department at bbsfopen@gmail.com. The last date for registrations is the 8th of June for group entries and the 10th of June for individual entries.

“We at Bahrain Keraleeya Samajam have been cooperating with BBSF for various tournaments, allowing our state-of-the-art wooden court facilities to be used for such events. This is yet another event we are hosting with the support of the Bahrain Badminton and Squash Federation. An organizing committee has been formed under our Indoor Games Secretary, Mr. Noushad Mohammed, and we are glad to see the extensive groundwork they are putting in for this tournament,” said BKS President PV Radhakrishna Pillai and General Secretary Varghese Karakkal.
