Manama: ICRF celebrated International Yoga Day 2024 by organizing a Yoga session for more than 100 employees of Amad Group of Companies located in Asker. The program was held on Saturday, 22 June 2024 and it was conducted by Yoga Teacher Rudresh Kumar Singh. The one and half hour yoga session featured a series of asanas and tips for healthy living style.
ICRF Chairman Dr Babu Ramachandran, General Secretary Pankaj Nallur, Advisor Aruldas Thomas, Aneesh Sreedharan, Sunil Kumar (Yoga day coordinator), Chemban Jalal, Nasser Manjeri, John Philip, Suresh Babu, Sivakumar, along with Ascon Control WLL General Manager – Anindya Haldar, Assistant General Manager – Ranjith Lakshman, and HR Manager – Shibu Mundukattil joined the yoga session.
ICRF is in its 25th year and organises many events to support the Indian community members in Bahrain.
