The iconic calendar event of The Indian Club – May Queen pageant concluded with a positive note to the fashion aspirants. The program started at 8:30pm on Friday 23rd May 2025, and went on to the early hours of the next day. Even though it was a fashion pageant, the Indian Club event making team have ensured that, it was an evening blended for all kinds of audience.  The total program was crafted well to avoid the time lag & kept the crowd always engaged.  The event lured more than 1,000 spectators to the venue.

Madam Nedal Abdulla Alalawai (Head of Communications & Public Relations Department in the Public Security Community Affairs, Ministry of Interior) was the Chief Guest for this event.

The show started with a dance performance displayed by all the 14 contestants Choreographed by ARTI (ARU) from AURIANS ACADEMY, followed by the ‘Casual Wear’ Round, ‘Ethnic Wear’ round – Sponsored by Noureen Fashions& ‘Party Wear’ Round.

The initial three rounds of the pageant (casual, ethnic and party wear rounds) witnessed healthy competition between the 14 contestants, which shows the professionalism trained to them. The Choreographer Mr. Asar Ziya has done a wonderful job by imparting positive thoughts to the contestants during their grooming sessions.

The judge’s panel was having a tough time for evaluating the 14 contestants from the first round onwards & to screen in the five for the final ‘Q&A’ round.

Towards the finish of the show, The Indian Club BFC May Queen 2025 crown was won by ‘Ms. Michelle Dsouza’, followed by the 1st Runner-up ‘Ms. Feryl Rodrigues’ & the 2nd Runner-up ‘Ms. Muskan Bhargav’.

The category awards – Best Smile was awarded to ‘Ms. Anoushka Rajwade’, Best Walk to ‘Ms. Feryl Rodrigues’& Best Hairdo to ‘Ms. Michelle Dsouza’.

The winners received handful of great prizes, The Indian Club BFC May Queen 2025 received the crown, sash, cash prize, and other sponsored gifts ranging from Diamond pendant(sponsored by Joyalukkas), other sponsored gift hampers/Vouchers from Al Aujan, I Point & Philips. The 1st and 2nd Runners-Up received sash’s & cash prize along with Joyalukkas Gift Voucher, Diamond ring by Al Saraj Jewellers & other sponsored gift hampers/Vouchers from Al Aujan, I Point & Philips. Category award winners have also received their respective sash’s, Gold Voucher by Joyalukkas & gift hamper from Al Aujan. The Indian Club May Queen organizers haven’t left the other contestants empty handed rather arranged gift hampers from various brands & were given to all contestants.

In addition to the ramp walk, the audience got to enjoy a wonderful array of dance performances by professional artists & dance groups, including ‘Phoenyx Avengers’, ‘Aura’,‘Aurians’, ‘Rhythm D+ Squad’, ‘Belly Dance’, ‘Dazlingstars’, ‘Team IIPA’ & ‘Tarang Team’.

The title of the event was sponsored by Bahrain Financing Company, and the show was powered by African Eastern, along with the Fashion Partner ‘Noureen Fashions’.

The Indian Club officials sincerely thanked the respective ministries for giving support & permission for conducting the event.
